Our Strategy

  • Hyper-Local Site Optimization: We listed every neighborhood, city, and service area the client works in, and made specific location pages for them (with proper optimization). After, the whole site was adjusted to back the new pages up. 
  • GMB & Website Alignment: The Google Business Profile and website were not always consistent with each other, so we aligned them with the same services, locations, and messaging. 
  • California-Specific Blog Content: We wrote blog content around what California homeowners are actively searching for. Some examples are “how fire-resistant tiles hold up in wildfire-prone areas”, “when to get a roof inspected before dry season hits,” and “what local codes require after storm damage.” It brought in earlier-stage traffic and started building real topical authority.
  • Service-Type Focus SEO: There were two locally well-searched services: fire-resistant roofing installation and roof inspection. Both were underutilized and the client wasn’t ranking for them. So, we made pages for them, did internal linking and made sure they are highlighted as core services.
  • Technical SEO for Local Signals: We ran a full audit with local search as the priority. We fixed schema markup, implemented LocalBusiness and Service schema, and resolved sitemap and indexing issues. This helped with the local signals and supported the rankings.
